Just a little project!

I bought this double Adirondack chair at a "Garden Party Sale" last summer.

It had chiped white paint on it.

I painted it red, but didn't sand or prime it like I should have.

Anyway, after a year in the weather it looked bad....not as bad as it does in the picture. My "sweet hubby" used the power washer on it.

I sanded it, primed it & repainted it.

Project completed!!
Yippy!!

Ok, now I'm inspired!!! I have two old metal chairs that were my grandmothers. They are UGLY orange, and I have been planning to paint them for 2 or 3 years now. Yours turned out so well that I think I'll tackle them this weekend!!

AND---love your pics of Big Cedar. I've only had a meal there, but it is too pretty for words. One of these days I'm going there!!!
