Birthday pancakes!!

It is a tradition in our family to fix # pancakes for the boys birthday. My favorite year was when they turned 11!!! That number was pretty easy!! Chery:)

Hump Day!!

Well, we made it to "hump-day"!! This week is dragging by!! I'm so ready for the weekend, Fall & cooler weather. My poor plants are not very happy with this relentless heat!! Have a great evening!! Chery:)

Beary Happy!!!

I am Beary Happy that my boys are back in school!! I love the relaxed schedule of summer, but my guys didn't make very good use of their time. Back to school does mean homework again!! BUMMER!! Have a great evening!! Cheryl :)

Ready or Not?!?!

Ready or not another school year has begun!! One day down & way too many to go!! This chair makes be long for the lazy days of summer!! Chery:)

A new school year begins!!

I'm the registrar at the best middle school in our county!! Well, maybe one of the best!! Anyway, we have 6th,7th & 8th graders. The 6th graders are scared to death because everything is different & new. But, by the time they are 8th graders most of them think they are way to cool for middle school. Everything is sooo hectic this time of year I don't seem to have much time to blog!!

Hot!! Hot!! Hot!!

I'm so glad that I'm going to heaven, because I can't stand to be HOT!!

You know it is way to "hot" outside when you are sitting inside with the air conditioner on & you're still sweating!!

All of my plants that are in planters need to be watered at least once a day!! We were so blessed the first part of the summer with lots of rain.

Now it's up to me!!

I better go stretch out the garden hose & give my thirsty plants a cool drink!! Chery:)

Dog days of summer!!

Now that summer is almost over we are really feeling the heat!!

My oldest son Nathan is going to be a senior this year & my youngest son Collin is starting high school. It seems like just yesterday they were starting pre-school.
